Embroidery size depends on the length of the text. The average letter height is approximately 8.5 cm, while the maximum embroidery width is 28 cm. Please note that longer words or phrases will result in slightly smaller letters to fit within the embroidery area.

Orders ship from Portugal. Processing takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery time depends on your location: Portugal usually takes 1 business day, EU 3–7 business days, and worldwide 10–21 business days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or major holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on 17track.net, where all updates and carrier details are available.

We use Gildan garments as blanks. Sweatshirts and hoodies are made from 50% cotton / 50% polyester with a fleece interior, while t-shirts are 100% cotton (the white version may be slightly see-through). All items have a classic unisex fit, which may run slightly oversized for women. Please check the size chart before ordering.

For care, turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid bleach or ironing directly on the embroidery.

All items are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. The embroidery includes a stabilizer backing, and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All designs are developed and stitched in our studio in Portugal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
