PRODUCTION TIME
Made to order.
Ready for shipment within 3–5 business days.
Production time does not include shipping or customs clearance time.
In rare cases, production time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped from Portugal.
UPS Shipping DDP (United States)
Delivery time: typically 5–21 business days.
Orders to the USA are shipped via UPS DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means no additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes will be requested upon delivery. All applicable import costs are included in the total price at checkout.
International Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 4–21 business days.
Please note: All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total volume of your cart.
PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.
You can also track your order using the tracking number on our website.
For the fastest updates regarding delivery status, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING DETAILS
If you selected "International Standard" shipping, your order will be shipped from Portugal via CTT (Portugal’s national postal service). Upon arrival in your destination country, the package is transferred to your national postal service for final delivery.
Once the parcel enters your country, tracking updates may be available on your local postal service’s website.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information after the package has shipped, please contact your national postal service.
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us.
Example: Shipments to the United Kingdom are transferred from CTT to Royal Mail upon arrival in the UK.
DUTIES AND TAXES (VAT / IMPORT FEES)
European Union
VAT is included in the product price.
United States
All import duties and taxes are fully covered by us. Orders are shipped via UPS DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning no additional import payments are required upon delivery.
Other Countries (including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and others)
For deliveries outside the European Union and the United States, additional charges such as VAT, import duties, and customs fees may apply upon import. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities based on the country of origin and product classification.
We do not collect or estimate these charges at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import fees.
Please note that many countries apply a minimum import-value threshold (de minimis), under which duties may not be charged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local import regulations.
For example, in the United Kingdom, goods with a total value up to £135 are generally not subject to import duty (VAT may still apply) under current regulations.
CUSTOMS AND CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or actions taken by customs authorities or shipping carriers, as these are beyond our control.
Delivery time estimates do not account for potential delays caused by payment processing, item availability, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions.

RECIPIENT INFORMATION
All recipient details and delivery addresses must be entered in Latin characters only.
This requirement is imposed by international postal and customs services. Orders cannot be shipped if the information is not provided in Latin characters.
TIMELY RECEIPT OF PACKAGES
The buyer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting the package within the storage period established by the local postal service.
If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, all return and re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your local postal service for storage time limits in your country.
INCORRECT OR CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect address or need to make changes, please contact us immediately at banagoya.clothes@gmail.com.
Once the order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. The package will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We cannot offer reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Please carefully verify all delivery details (house number, apartment number, postal code, etc.) before completing your purchase.
Any costs related to return and re-shipping due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If the customer does not respond within 6 months after we have contacted them by email regarding delivery confirmation or re-shipment, the order will be considered abandoned.
After 6 months without response, we reserve the right to dispose of the item without refund.
During this period, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.
