PRODUCT DETAILS

We use the Gildan brand as blanks.
🔹HOODIES: Classic fit, 50% cotton / 50% polyester, 271 GSM, fleece inside.
🔹 SWEATSHIRTS: Classic fit, 50% cotton / 50% polyester, 271 GSM, fleece inside.
🔹 T-SHIRTS: Classic fit, 100% cotton, 205 GSM. The white T-shirt is slightly see-through.

Please check the SIZE CHART before purchasing.
Unisex sizing – similar to men's sizes, so it might be a bit larger than standard women's sizes. If you prefer a more oversized look, consider sizing up.

HOW TO ORDER

🔹Browse through all the photos to familiarize yourself with the product and read the listing description;
🔹Select the color and size of the sweatshirt; 

Fill in all the necessary information in the "Add your personalization" section:
🔹Write your personalized text, including punctuation, capitalization (maximum number of characters including spaces 10 in one line, max lines 4);
🔹Write the thread color name / Tone on tone;
🔹Write the font name;
🔹Write the length of the text (maximum length 3.5 inches or 9 cm);
🔹Check the accuracy of your order⤴️

ADDITIONAL PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION

🔹All text will be embroidered on left chest by default (But if you want to place the embroidery centered on the chest, write to us about it. In this case, the alignment will be centered);
🔹All text will be left-aligned by default;
🔹Some fonts are available only in uppercase letters.
🔹The maximum embroidery field is 3.5 inches or 9 cm, and the height will be proportional to the width.
🔹The maximum number of lines is 4;
🔹The maximum number of characters per line 10;
🔹The font size will always be the same small, regardless of the number of characters in the line;
🔹Please note that embroidery is not a print, it has limitations and the text cannot be too small. 
🔹Please ensure the words are spelled exactly as you want, and that capitalization and punctuation are correct. We do not refund for spelling and punctuation errors.
🔹We can embroider on the back or sleeve for an additional fee; contact us for a cost estimate before placing the order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION✈️📦

🔹Order processing time will be about 2-3 business days;
🔹Orders within Portugal are shipped with tracking (delivery expected the next day);
🔹Orders within the EU are shipped with international tracking (delivery expected in 3-5 business days);
🔹Orders to the rest of the world are shipped with international tracking (delivery expected in 5-7 business days).

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package is shipped. All orders are securely packaged to ensure quality. Please note that orders may be delayed during major global holidays.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, as the embroidery is custom-made to your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Please note that the embroidery comes with a backing that acts as a stabilizer to support the fabric and stitches.

We have done our best to convey the colors of the products and threads. However, the colors of the threads and products may slightly differ, as the screens of different devices can display colors differently.
