RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
All physical products sold on Banagoya.com are made to order and customized with machine embroidery according to your selected specifications after payment is confirmed.
Each item is individually produced specifically for you and cannot be resold or restocked.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. As all our embroidered products are custom-made after payment confirmation, this exception applies.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or if an error was made on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in cases of manufacturing defects.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible, as garment procurement or embroidery production may already have begun.
